MUTATION:
The Highwayman was just another struggling photographer until his trip to Vienna. While browsing through dusty crates of random objects in a small antique shop he found what appeared to be a regular Polaroid camera. Little did he know that what he purchased was in fact a contaminated exemplar of the Russian military cameras that were used to document the nuclear tests of the late 60s. Poladroid was born with the first picture he took with this camera. What he saw through the viewfinder was reality stripped to its core – X-ray like. After a long search for the true nature of all beings his Third Eye was finally activated, their essence – fully revealed.
Powers:
Third Optic Photography. Poladroid possess the tools and the skill to document the Essence of All things. His lion heart gives him the courage to endure in the toughest conditions in order to capture “that perfect revealing shot”. His patience is unlimited, his hand steady – the images are always sharp and touched by the exact amount of Light necessary to reveal the Soul of the Matter. His arch nemesis is the Lamographer (the head of the evil Lomography Inc. Syndicate) and his horde of Photo Soul Snatchers, whose sole purpose is to control the masses with mediocre images that lower overall self-esteem.
