First news from the fabulous Sound:frame Festival happening in Vienna from the 26.3 – 18.4.

For the opening the tagtool guys invited drawvoluter momo1030 to paint the Karlskirche with them. Here some foto impressions.Check their website for further information, too. They built and programmed a funny digital drawing and animation tool.

Uhhhh ! it was big, it was fun, it was cold, it was crowdy!

Drawvolution meets Soundframe 2010

We are back with a brand new Drawvolution production in corporation with the Sound:frame Festival 2010 taking place in the capital of austria, Vienna. The drawvolution life goes on in 2010. The soundframe girlies organized this beautiful red wooden wall and Skizo, Smurf, Aroe, VL and Momo painted as “full” as possible. There is no much to say any more, here we go.

The will be also a short live FOREST TRASH RMX from Cee Vs Momo. Just fooling around and exploring the direct manipulation of video and audio using multi touch devices. DRAWVOLUTION SOUNDFRAME Festival Workshop

Drawvolution is proud to give a workshop at the soundframe Festival 2009 and to present the first time in public the new evolution of drawing on one canvas. The workshop participants will be able to work with the new photoluminescence canvas. The creation is recorded digitally as it is in a constant evolution with a fotocamera and the eyes of the participants as sole witnesses. Just draw with light to your favorite music and let the love flow…

Yo back ,with a new Drawvolution miniclip! Betonkinder (momo1030 , E1000ink ) finished the second show window for the sound:frame festival 2009 at Karlsplatz Metro Station. The festival is about the visualization of electronic music. Drawvolution will be part of the sound:frame workshop week at the 17-18 th of April. Representing a new form of drawing,… but this is another history… news about this topic next week… Drawvolution is about love: Analog roughness in love with digital perfection. Lines, colors, frames and stencils are used like instruments to compose melodies of the heart. It seems that the process of painting is like life: unpredictable and full of surprises.
